New Year Goals

Most people have goals that they want to achieve by the end of a New Year so here are a few of mine.

Having goals in life can help to keep both your body and your mind healthy:

1. Get up earlier in the morning, if not for a jog then to get a few
chores done.

2. Read 50 books

3. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week

4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

5. Start putting money away each week for a rainy day

6. Do some charity work

7. Start doing yoga

8. Start to write a novel

9. Write more poetry

10. Travel more

11. Try cooking new exciting recipes for my family

12. Spend more time with my Grandmother

13. Keep up with a skin care routine

14. Always dress to impress

If you do not already have goals for this year then I suggest you start to write a list, make 2017 your best year yet.
