The buyer will receive a receipt from PayPal as soon as the transaction is complete
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
o Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
o Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched
o We work closely with our designers to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you have specified a recipient that is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at their delivery address) is evidence of delivery. This signature is also evidence of fulfilment of your order by Fashions Finest and transfers the responsibility of your purchased goods to you as it would by signing for them yourself.

FF Boutique sells items from different designers. Generally all sales are final.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to the sender in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Fashions Finest will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
