New Look, Forever 21 and Marks & Spencer all have some wonderful tops, dresses and skirts in for the new season which can be easily dressed up or down with the right heels and bags. Whether it be baby blue, acidic yellow or powdery pink, pastel colours are a must for spring as they always brighten up any outfit, adding that extra flush of colour we need after a miserable winter.
