The Shop@FTM selects a raft of new, cutting edge fashion, textile and jewellery designers to showcase and sell their unique ranges alongside a variety of fashion related books, gifts, postcards, and collectable, limited edition merchandise that has been specially created to coincide with the current exhibition.
The new designers have been selected to be stocked in the shop alongside the stunning new exhibition 'Tommy Nutter – Rebel on the Row' which runs until the 22nd October 2011. Gifts and products from the new designers include chic leather bags; ipad cases; men's washbags; beautiful jewellery; hand crafted embellished, ecofriendly accessories; luxurious scarves and jewel coloured eel-skin purses– there is literally something for everyone in this little gem of a shop.

Suicide Blonde is a high end handcrafted leather accessories company, the brainchild born of passion of French born, London based designer Estelle Lordonne. Estelle creates tactile, supple & most unusual unique pieces, designed & handcrafted in her London studio. Estelle uses her flair alongside traditional hand stitching & embroidery techniques to add appliqué leather designs to the accessories, as well as Swarovski crystals, vintage unused charms, handcrafted Turkish & Tibetan beads; Japanese semi-precious stones & vintage Kimono fabrics.
Peece Of Mind, is the baby of Gill Dibben, manager for the Mind charity shop in Ipswich, Suffolk. The label was formed by Gill with a group of her store volunteers and service users who share a passion for fashion. Everything made by Piece Of Mind is from recycled materials donated to the shop and 100% of the sale price goes back to the Mind charity. The range of ecofriendly bags and accessories are designed and made by volunteers at the shop. Each piece is unique and has been made from scratch using items such as curtains, clothes, bedding and even blinds which have been transformed into new accessories that are embellished with everything from
buttons to appliqué.
Betty Eilat - this season Betty Eilat offers a new line of felt made scarves and shawls produced using the wet method of felt making. By dying the silk fabric and felt the fibers into it, using wool, silk and cashmere fibers alone or combined, the outcome allows for a very fine, textured, colorful or calming shaded piece of wearable art, that you'll enjoy throwing on your shoulders on a chilly evening out.
Jianhui's jewellery designs are inspired by nature. When creating his handmade pieces Jianhui chooses the finest crystals in his collections to recreate the beautiful flowers that captured his childhood imagination. The new Picnic at Jianhui London collection, inspired by Chelsea Flower Show, includes a lighthearted collection of fruit and flower-themed jewellery which will make perfect summer accessories.
Freeload Accessories - Freeload Accessories specialise in designing and making fashion-led leather bags and accessories for men and women.
Established in 2006, Freeload Accessories is the creation of designer/maker Debbie MacPherson, a graduate of the prestigious Cordwainers College, London. All the products are lovingly hand crafted in their East London studio, using only the highest quality Italian leathers and substantial fittings.
Heidi Mottram's focus is her luxurious jewel coloured eel skin bags, purses and wallets. The eel skin texture and unique definition, combined with the amazing durability, helps to form a stunning range of accessories that are feather light and fantastic to touch.
Kitty McCall designs and produces a beautiful range of handmade, printed textiles, including cushions, aprons, tea towels, scarves and cards. The brand was established by Catherine Nice, who is a print maker with a love for bold pattern and colour. All Kitty McCall products are designed and handmade with great care in small runs using UK manufacturers and suppliers.
