Wayne Hemingway to keynote Inaugural PerformanceIN Fashion and Beauty Conference For Forward Thinking Online Fashion Retailers.
PerformanceIN Fashion and Beauty ( ) - Launched last month by A4U, the organisers of Europe's largest Affiliate & Performance Marketing Conference, today announce Wayne Hemingway as keynote speaker for next week's inaugural online fashion & beauty conference.

The conference will bring together up to 300 media owners, bloggers and fashion retailers and will be held at the exquisite Hurlingham Club, London on the 6th July 2011.

Wayne Hemingway MBE is a serial entrepreneur who understands the supremacy of design and how to build a brand from scratch. He was the founder of iconic British fashion label Red or Dead which started as simple stall in Camden market and grew into a major fashion label with international success. Wayne's main focus these days is a company called Hemingway Designs which specializes in social design designing anything from digital radios to social housing to fold-up bikes and water-butts shaped like bottoms!

Wayne also launched the brand and festival Vintage in 2010 has already set a new benchmark for summer festivals ,won a clutch of awards and within a year has built an enormous database and very active digital community. This year over ¾ million people are expected to visit Vintage over the last weekend of July at The Southbank Centre , London

Wayne will share his story on how to build successful brands and the critical role digital and on-line marketing plays.

Comprising of twelve conference sessions across two simultaneous tracks, PerformanceIN examines current trends within retailing online and how brands can increase sales through the adoption of the many facets of affiliate and performance marketing.

PerformanceIN Fashion & Beauty will showcase the successes that Performance Marketing consistently creates for brands, helping to deliver impressive ROI's within an industry that, for early adopters, is generating incremental and additional revenue that other mediums can't compete with.

Speakers on the day will assist those within the channel new or experienced, offering insight covering everything from implementing and planning for product level marketing, attribution models, mobile vouchering and personalized retargeting strategies to reduce cart abandonment, through to the hot topics of social commerce and mobile adoption.
