Continuing the tradition of pairing leading fashion photographers and filmmakers with the world's most beautiful women, Testino's muse is supermodel Joan Smalls, who stars as an intergalactic beauty, wrapped and guarded like a masterpiece in an underground warehouse.
Smalls, dressed in vintage Thierry Mugler, topped with a towering Mohican, breaks free of her bonds and quickly sets about liberating another treasure - the Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake - from its covers before climbing in and taking off.

Steven Meisel shot the campaign in the studios situated on Pier 59 in New York, set against a monochromatic background which emphasises the splendour of the printed silk dresses and the garments, illuminated by golden embroidery and sumptuous embellishments.
