I was kindly gifted a pouch and wash bag from Lola and Gilbert. The pouch reads; this bag contains my face and the wash bag reads; it’s not easy being this damn pretty. These are two statements that I can firmly stand by. Lola and Gilbert are a London based company that is owned by Natalie and Kristina and they named the company after their beloved pets. They both design and hand screen print what I think are hilarious sayings onto canvas zipper bags which can be used as make-up bags, wash bags, bikini bags or passport holders, the possibilities are endless.

As Lola and Gilbert print each bag individually you are able to personalise them. You could have your favourite quote printed on them or even your name. I have told Claire who is one of my best friends all about what Lola and Gilbert has to offer as she is getting married soon and think that the pouches would make perfect presents for the bridesmaids. (I am of course one of the bridesmaids). You can even choose your fonts, sizes and colours. The choice is entirely yours.

My daughter is turning 13 in January and having a sleepover with a few friends and I personally think having their names put on pouches would make a fabulous parting gift. What girl wouldn’t want a pouch to put their prized possessions in?
