When you look at the images of the never-ageing celebrities such as the lovely Scarlett Johansson or Megan Fox, you’d think that they owe their awe-inspiring appearance to the army of stylists, fitness trainers, and diet gurus. And yet, while they sure do deserve their credit, these stars have a few tricks of their own that they swear by to nourish and cherish their beauty.
To a great surprise and relief for us mere mortals with no access to Hollywood-level lifestyle essentials, you probably already have in your kitchen cabinet this one potent ingredient that can skyrocket your beauty routine: the beloved apple cider vinegar! Let’s see which celebrities swear by this beauty potion and how you can implement it into your own daily routine.

Dubbed the most beautiful woman in 2016, it’s no wonder that all the other ladies would love to hear her own secret to warding age off and taking care of her figure. Apparently, she is very keen on taking vitamins on a regular basis, as it helps balance her diet and ensures a strong immune system, but she also started drinking apple cider vinegar every morning to boost her digestion and stay lean.
However, if you have a sensitive stomach, you should be careful with this beauty recipe, despite its potential to improve your hair glow and keep your belly full for longer to prevent those bursts of hunger. You can try introducing one spoon of this natural elixir into your first glass of water in the morning and take it from there.

This fashion icon and a 43-year-old mom of four has her fair share of knowledge and skill as to how you can benefit your wellbeing and be a brilliant role model for your youngsters with the right self-care choices. One of the key elements of her feel-good morning routine is precisely apple cider vinegar, taken raw, organic, and unfiltered on an empty stomach, as she shared via her Instagram page.
If you want to see the best results, you cannot expect vinegar to do all the work, though! You should also be brave enough to tackle a fitness routine that is close to something Victoria does every day – and more than two hours of exercise is a true challenge even for the fitness freaks among you. Paired with that and a healthy diet, ACV shows potential to help keep those pesky pounds at bay.
Already famous for her statement that she takes “two shots” of the stuff in order to maintain her lovely slim figure, Fergie takes ACV every day before lunch and before dinner to make the most of its impact on the digestive tract. The trick is simple: when you drink your water-diluted ACV before a meal, your hunger will subside and help you eat less and control your caloric intake.
Although celebrated for its ability to help with numerous issues such as acne, weight gain, and dull hair, the benefits of apple cider vinegar are still fairly unknown and not sufficiently scientifically supported to be taken at face value. This is especially important if you suffer from diabetes or have another chronic condition, and it’s best to consult your doctor before you introduce this ritual into your diet.
This stunning Avenger has to protect her flawless complexion, and she is known to use the best Mother Nature has to offer in order to do so. We can only imagine the amount of makeup her skin needs to tolerate on a daily basis, and despite its Hollywood quality, these pore-clogging beauty kits can have a long-term damaging effect on her skin.
So, in order to counteract the negative, she uses natural ingredients to keep her skin pure and her complexion radiant. Apple cider vinegar is one of those ingredients found on her list of go-to cleansers used to prevent acne and breakouts, and although, as she says, it can be quite smelly, you’re good to go if you plan to spend the night in the comfort of your home!
When you grow up in a home where there’s a huge focus on health and wellness, then it’s no wonder you’d become health-conscious throughout your adulthood. So is the case with Katy Perry, as her own mom taught her the value of choosing natural remedies instead of chemically-infused ones, and sticking to natural, whole foods instead of processed munchies.
No matter how much she likes to play with her makeup kit and experiment with new looks and tricks, her apple cider vinegar obsession is still strong despite any changes she may decide to make to her appearance. Apparently, it helps her immune system remain strong and sturdy, and her digestive tract healthy as well, all thanks to her loving mom who taught her the essentials of a healthy lifestyle.
The bottom line is that we are still learning what surprising and simple ingredients can help us protect our health and beauty, and apple cider vinegar has a long way to go before it fully deserves its reputation as a flawless elixir. It’s crucial to keep our minds open and listen to our bodies, because we are all different and may benefit from a whole variety of solutions!

The Converse Rubber Shoe Company was founded in 1908 by Marquis Mills Converse, and in 1917 the business created the All-Star design. The comfortable training shoe was originally designed for professional basketball players: for the first time, shoes were made up of a canvas body with a rubber sole and were presented in various colors and patterns. The firm sponsored a basketball team called the Converse All Stars and player Charles ‘Chuck’ Taylor became the face of the team. Chuck travelled around the States teaching and promoting the basketball game in schools and sports clubs, endorsing the All-Star shoes along the way.
Since then, Converse All Stars have never been out of fashion. They are a consistently trendy design which are worn by men and women alike and have even been an accepted fashion item for children.
Women Embrace the Unisex Style
To celebrate the upcoming 100th anniversary of the All Stars, coupon experts Couponbox interviewed Elizabeth Semmelhack, author of Out of the Box: The Rise of Sneaker Culture and curator of a shoe museum in Toronto. She explains how the original male basketball shoe slowly became a women’s fashion necessity, pointing out that the All Stars hit unisex shelves during the hipster fashion era of the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Female celebrities have endorsed the style over time and are regularly photographed and filmed on TV sporting the trendy shoe. But who are we talking about? Let’s have a look at a few stars who have been spotted wearing them.
In the acting world, Renée Zellweger, Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore have all been photographed in a casually styled outfit with matching All Stars. Jodie Foster was seen at a film premiere in a blue silk suit with matching blue Converse and Keira Knightley has often been photographed in her favorite All Stars, coupled with baggy slacks and a knitted cardigan.
Jessica Alba sometimes kicks off her heels and has been photographed playing basketball in loose sports gear and purple All-Star shoes.
Hollywood darling Reese Witherspoon has shown up in a summery, cool outfit of shorts, white top, hat and white Converse All Stars.

All Stars have not only been fashioned with the casual “baggy jeans” look by celebs. We have also seen them styled with smarter wear, accompanying evening dresses and red carpets.
For instance, Kristen Stewart is known for her imaginative flair for fashion and was photographed at the MTV Movie Awards in a red-and-black mini dress with black Converse All Stars.

For instance, Katy Perry has been seen with several different styles of Converse and has even been on stage in a bubble-gum dress with bright pink All Stars.
As you see, Converse All Stars well deserve to celebrate their 100th year anniversary and could easily continue for another century as an affordable, long-lasting trendy fashion item. The simply designed training shoe has become a timeless statement that can be worn by A-list celebrities or Joe Bloggs and won’t be easily dismissed.
