The weekend before last I was in London for my first Fashions Finest show so I knew I would need something to help relax me, as I was nervous.
When I arrived in London with my friend Kirsty we visited Thai Kosai for a massage. Kirsty opted for the Thai Aromatherapy Massage and I chose the Deep Tissue Massage as I suffer from backache.
The atmosphere as you enter Thai Kosai is an ambient and warm. It has a Thai themed reception area with a welcoming hostess who offered us both some herbal tea and then led us down some stairs to a hallway which continued the same Thai theme in an effective way.
Kirsty was shown to her room and I was shown to mine. I was asked to prepare for the massage and was handed a towel to place over my body after I had undressed and lay on the bed. As I lay on the bed I listened to the soft audio that played.
After a brief wait, the masseur entered the room and introduced herself then asked if the room temperature was to my liking and if so was I ready to begin?
I was more than ready every bone in my body was aching at this point. The massage was amazing and she made sure that every part of my body was taken care of. I was all I expected and more. The massage was truly enjoyable and my once achy back felt free from pain. The pressure she used to massage me was just right, not to soft but careful not to be to rough.
She was very thorough and spent a good amount of time on each problem area and I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep a few times during the 60-minute massage. The massage is definitely worth the £90 that it will cost you.
