In these difficult and unprecedented times, having good health is something to be extremely grateful for.

If you are able to get on with your day, at home, then it's worth making every day count! I've completed several wardrobe projects that involve throwing away, giving away, recycling, and up-cycling clothes. Trust me, it's more therapeutic to the mind than it sounds! So if you're bored, restless, or have been putting off decluttering your wardrobe.

  • Clothes to throw away: If you have clothing items that have severely worn out or fraying on so many places, it may be time to let go.

  • Clothes to give away: we all have items that no longer fit, haven't worn in the past 1/2 years, have outgrown us (or we have outgrown), or we just don't know how/we got them in our closets in the first place! As the saying goes, 'one man's trash is another man's treasure'. Not saying any clothes are trash...but you get the picture!

  • Clothes to recycle: for designers, stylists, and fashion enthusiasts, this should be fun. I usually use worn out denim and sew in unto a shirt or skirt to give an edgy, playful look. Another personal favourite is quilting or sewing new pillow cases out of unwanted clothes/fabric.
Can you think of anymore?
