The AW21 collection from Preen by Thornton Bregazzi came about because of the lockdown experience, with the overwhelming need to feel safe and secure.

The design and aesthetic of the collection was born whilst taking the time to dream, and loosely inspired by a feeling of being ‘unhinged’ during enforced isolation.

The start of the collection was easy, comfortable knits and coats that you can wrap yourself within, creating a warm safe cocoon. The elements of the Preen Home line became organically incorporated into this collection in the form of quilted floral print scarfs and wraps.

Then came the lounge dresses incorporating an effortlessly relaxed style whilst still conserving the signature Preen heritage. Dressing up at home with nowhere to go - thus letting your imagination and love of style take you wherever you want to go.

Sustainable fabrics were at the core of this collection, using recycled materials and dead stock, and everything is made to order with limited runs, continuing the brand's contribution to a sustainable planet and to the slow fashion industry.
