Music is all-encompassing and allows us to draw inspiration from it, provoke thoughts, ignite changes, and speak a language we can all relate to on a human level.
The history of music is as much visual as sound-based – a point of view of familiarity that has ultimately become relevant cultural moments to the sign of our times.
With that in mind, the inspiration for TATRAS’ SS21 t-shirt collection was inspired by poster archives, magazines, old album covers, and concert footages with a particular eye on their impact both then and now. Through this lens, TATRAS approached the design of this collection in the spirit of each artist's iconography and a fresh perspective through relevant motifs.
