Greatness emerges from Central St. Martins, London yet again with mindful design invigorating the credentials of sustainable luxury in the sphere of modern jewellery. Fashions Finest is delighted to introduce a brand of dreams and imagination.

The brand offers handmade ready-to-wear and made-to-order jewellery, and bespoke and reimagine (a sustainable service that transforms existing jewellery into a new masterpiece) design services.

Awarded by the Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council for Edward’s ‘Yellow Hyper Giant Ring’ design in 2019, ‘Tears of Hope Bangle’ design in 2020 and ‘Pangea Bracelet’ design in2021, he is a multi-awards-winning jewellery designer with a unique perspective of beauty and broad knowledge in jewellery and gemstones.

EDXÚ is short for Edward Xú. ‘ED’ represents Edward’s life, career and education in London, England; and ‘XÚ’ signifies his roots and heritage from Canton, China.

Edward is a talented designer who graduated from Central St. Martins in 2011. He later worked as a designer for Solange Azagury-Patridge and Tate ossian and completed projects for top luxury brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Canali, Cartier, and Swarovski. Most recently, Edward completed his MA study of luxury brand management at UCA and received a distinction grade.

Edward believes colours are lyrics and humour in our world. They make us feel and help us to express ourselves. A similar colour but in a slightly different tone can trigger a new sense of emotion, and grouping different colours together can also release a new sensation.

Our world would be like a soulless movie in auto-play without any colour in it. Colours are everywhere in our world: in our nature, in our creativity or in our dream. The perception of colour is an immensely personal experience as we each have our interpretation. This most primal and intriguing relationship between humans and colours gives Edward a great source of inspiration.

Sustainability is at the core of EdXu and this belief inspired the designer to introduce the end product, Reimagine service.
