An unmissable fashion stop for any The Rolling Stones fans, ‘RS No. 9 Carnaby’ opened in September 2020 at 9 Carnaby Street in London’s vibrant Soho. The store, created in partnership with Bravado, Universal Music Group’s merchandise and brand management company, features all of the hallmarks of the iconic band and includes the exclusive fashion label ‘RS No. 9 Carnaby’. Jointly curated by the Rolling Stones and Bravado, the shop fit follows the brand colours of red and black. The glass floor features many of the band's lyrics, and the fitting rooms are adorned with iconic album artwork; Exile on Main Street (1972) and Some Girls (1978). Sound, vision, and lighting are key store components. Five, 90-inch portrait screens display a film made exclusively for the store showing footage across the rich history of the band. Speakers from high-end British audio brand Bowers & Wilkins play tracks from the greatest rock ‘n’ roll band in the world. Following the opening of the flagship store, the Rolling Stones launched a global e-commerce shop equipped with a 360° virtual experience, so customers can shop inside the store from anywhere in the world.

Blending trend-driven silhouettes with statement fabrics, heritage patterns, primary colour pops, classic patterns and evolving silhouettes, the collection also features freshly coloured argyles, stripes and tweed patterns applying a polish to iconic Stones logos, creating a perfect rock & roll riff on quality knitted pieces. 2022 sees the 60-year anniversary of the Rolling Stones and this collection rightly draws from Rolling Stones' heritage, their archive of iconography, graphics, and key moments of the band’s history. A running theme through the AW22 collection is inspired by the iconic Lion from Bridges to Babylon Tour, which sees this icon reinterpreted as a crest, playfully twisting the legacy of this Stones heirlooms, and proudly displayed across the chest of standout pieces which include the winter knitted jumper and the menswear silhouette of the season, the sweater vest.

Other standout pieces include The Varsity Jacket which mixes classic Stones iconography on a classic varsity silhouette, the 1970s style classic houndstooth blazer, emblazoned with ‘Security’ typography, while stand-out primary pops of colour create a mood of '80s & '90s vibrancy, optimism, and youthful creativity. AW22 sees their iconic band tees with graphics inspired by the Stones' key historic moments including tour iconography, photo hits with bold colour pops, and text-based graphics, creating a collection of perfect autumn and winter wardrobe essentials.
