About The Brand: TLC
Born 40 years ago in Cairo as The Leotard Company, TLC (link to www.tlcsport.co.uk) is the creation of aerobic instructor Sara Hanna. Sara's fitness clients started to covet the pieces she had designed for herself, and what followed is the growth of a successful family-based company. Charlotte joined her mother in business in 2012, enriching a brand that is proud to have all of its workers as part of the family.

The new Cuffed Yoga Pants (£40.00): made from bespoke super stretchy and lightweight fabric, they feel airy and comfortable allowing for total freedom of movement, while the cuffs keep them in place. They are available in black and a gorgeous new grey Mink colour for Spring 2023.
Short Sleeved Polo Top (£36.00): a perfect pair for the new cuffed yoga pants, it comes in the same lightweight Mink fabric. The ¾ length sleeves are ideal to cover the top of your arms and allow your body room to move freely.
The Lightweight Yoga Pants (£38.00): in a loose fit with pockets offer a relaxed fit. They combine perfectly with the lightly ribbed Short Sleeve Polo Top (£36.00) available in black.
Raglan Mesh Long Sleeve Yoga Top in Slate (£36.00): for those who love streamlined fits and mix 'n match designs. Stretch mesh sleeves gently cover your arms whilst keeping you cool. From Cairo to the UK, and nearing 4 decades of activity, TLC stays true to its original beliefs and commitments. The company maintains its design and production at the company’s own factory in Cairo, where it has a team of skilled craftsmen and women who are an essential part of the company and close family members. In a landscape of make-to-consume goods, TLC rejects the base of fast fashion for real feelings.
The company has been providing ethically, sustainably, beautifully crafted body-inclusive activewear for over 35 years by working hard to control its direct supply chain. TLC works with local suppliers known for around 40 years and employs a team of 70 highly skilled machinists, many of which have been with the company for over 25 years. The mother-daughter duo knows each of their team members and takes care in hiring and supporting their growth as they are the key to the brand’s reputation for quality. In a pushback against the fast-fashion industry,
TLC launched a ‘WE KNOW THEIR NAMES’ Campaign to educate their customers on the importance of ethical manufacturing and fair pay.
TLC pays equal attention to its resources to provide clothing that dresses well and causes no harm to the environment. The company uses exclusive, innovative, figure-enhancing materials and high-performance fabrics from certified suppliers to ensure their fabrics are produced according to sustainable and environmental standards. Moreover, the majority of TLC’s yoga and activewear is designed in dark colours, so that its garments never go out of trend and harmful colourful dyes are not involved in the making.
