Stars Due to Hit the Cityof Birmingham for the 5th Annual Awards Black International Film Festival.

The UK's premier celebration of people of colour within the Film, TV and Music industry presents the Music Video & Screen Awards 2011 (MVSAs)

This year's awards will take place on Saturday 29th October 2011 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) and will be hosted by Holby City Actor Jimmy Akingbola and TV presenter Jacqui Joseph.

Nominees include:

Actors:- Idris Elba (Luther), Wil Johnson (Waking The Dead), Jimmy Akingbola (Holby City), Angela Griffin ( Mount Pleasant), Freeman Agyeman (Law & Order), Naomi Harris (First Grader), Nadine Marshall (Random) Presenters:- Clive Myrie (BBC News24), Charlene White (ITV News), Miquita Oliver (CH4), Dramas:- Holby City, Easterners, Casualty, Luther Movies:- Attack the block, Random, Anvuahood Music:- Jessie J, Dappy, wretch32 Veteran Actress Mona Hammond receives the Ebony Award for Lifetime achievement.

Celebrity Guests Attending Includes:

Rudolph Walker OBE, Ellen Thomas, Lorna Laidlaw, Joseph Millson, Tony Marshall, Hari Dhillon, Suzanne Packer, Orga Fedori, Jocelyn Jee Esien, Simon Britton. Sara Jane potter, Claire Perkins, Danny John Jules, Arinze Kene, Angela Wynters, Cyril Nyri, Donna Croll, and many more.
