The films about a young girl named India Stoker whose father passes away and her mother (played by Nicole Kidman) goes into a deep depression.
An uncle played by Matthew Goode (ozymandias from the watchman) she never new existed moves in. India Stoker then becomes drawn to her Uncle yet still suspicious of his motives. She some how believes the disappearance of people around town may be connected to her uncle.

Wentworth Miller (prison break) wrote the screenplay and it is his first time a script of his has been picked up, so there's really nothing to go on. Miller already told Movieline in a interview that he already had a prequel called Uncle Charlie written, and that both scripts were heavily influenced by Alfred Hitchcocks Shadow of a Doubt. So I would say that hes fairly dedicated. The fact that Ridely and Tony Scott are attached to the project as producers evens the good with the bad for me. I did mention the movie is being directed by Park Chan Wook right? Seriuosly just watch Oldboy and then try and tell me you are not looking forward to this one. Anyways the movie is slated to release sometime in March of 2013. So keep and eye out for this one cause I'm probably going to make a big deal out of it for better or worse.
