I have been using Minty Coco for the past two weeks and I am here to tell you all about my experience.

Washing your mouth with Coconut oil or oil pulling is not something that has been around for a while. It provides us with many benefits for improving the condition of our mouths like:

- Removes harmful bacteria
- Freshens breath with a minty smell
- Whitens teeth

I was sent a 2-week supply of Minty Coco to test. They were little sachets, which were packed with a mix of minty peppermint essence and pure virgin Coconut oil. After warming the tube up in my hands to soften the oil I ripped off the top and squeezed the contents in to my mouth. I swished and swirled the oil around my mouth and through my teeth for 5-15 minutes before spitting it out in the bin (Coconut oil solidifies at room temperature so it could block sinks).

The taste was pleasant so I had no problem with doing it for that length of time. After using them for 2 weeks my teeth are brighter and whiter and somehow feel healthier than before. Minty Coco causes no damage to your teeth unlike other teeth whitening products. It is contains natural ingredients. The Lauric Acid in the Coconut oil is an antibacterial so it kills the bacteria and fungi in your mouth. It can improve halitosis and if the oil is absorbed into the body it can improve your skin too.

If you want white, healthy teeth then you should be using Minty Coco It retails at £23.99 and my breath has never been so fresh and I’m a lover of garlic.
