Consigned Sealed Delivered

Pre-loved UK luxury fashion brand Consigned Sealed Delivered (CSD) is the first to offer THREE ‘buy now, pay later’ services making luxury fashion items accessible to more people with a selection of flexible payment options.

Making luxury shopping accessible to more people in more countries.

Buying pre-loved fashion items through CSD already offers environmental and sustainability benefits - and these three new payment options allow buyers to get luxury goods on relaxed payment terms.

Founder and CEO of CSD Gamal Marwan said: “We're seeing that more and more people are interested in investing in quality over the fickle nature of trends."

“Trends are variable by nature and end, whereas luxury items have a much higher ROI [return on investment], whether it is emotional, related to its longevity, or the environment."

“Now with these three different ‘buy now, pay later’ options, CSD is making the unattainable attainable and within reach to a larger pool of sustainable and Gen Z shoppers.”

Designer brand wardrobes have historically been out of reach for many, but CSD is aiming to make luxury affordable by introducing the ability to pay in instalments.
Through its online platform CSD is the first pre-loved fashion company to provide three different instalment options at the same time: Klarna, Laybuy and PayPal.
●     Klarna – makes it easier for people to shop online by allowing customers to pay for their purchase later through a payment plan of their choice. Whether it be three interest-free monthly instalments, or a 30-day delay of payment, Klarna specialises in short-term payment solutions. CSD offers Klarna in the US, UK, Germany, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark.

●     Laybuy – allows customers to pay for their purchase through interest-free installments over six weeks, all part of a hassle-free experience where payments are automatically withdrawn from the card on file. CSD offers Laybuy in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

●     PayPal – One of the largest payment services in the world, PayPal gives access to a tremendous pool of users, especially in the US. Through “Pay with PayPal”, CSD customers have access to a variety of ‘buy now, pay later’ options to keep control of their budget. In the UK, shoppers can “Pay in 3” interest-free monthly instalments. In the US, Germany, and Australia, customers have the option to “Pay in 4” bi-weekly instalments. Furthermore, in the US, UK, and Germany, customers also have access to PayPal Credit which offers them more flexibility to spread the cost of their purchase over a longer period (terms depend on region).
Together, Klarna, Laybuy, and PayPal allow CSD customers to buy luxury designer fashion on-demand with the ease, choice, and flexibility of delaying payment, paying in instalments, or even purchasing through credit.
These options empower consumers by increasing their purchasing power to reach a wider range of products from luxury brands like Hermès, Chanel, and Dior, among others.
Between Klarna, Laybuy, and Paypal, CSD now offers ‘buy now, pay later’ services to hundreds of millions of potential customers across three continents.
