Presented at the Palais de Tokyo, THEUNISSEN Autumn/Winter 2024 continues to explore the image of a liberated woman through strong, entirely monochrome looks.

In the pulsating heart of the fashion world, amidst the ever-shifting currents of style and innovation, a luminary designer transcends the fleeting dictates of trend and time: Danny Nguyen.

Tuncer Tonun, born in Turkey, began his fashion career as an assistant at Bahar Korcan’s Studio. After studying Fine Arts Faculty textiles and fashion at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, he freelanced in various projects, gaining experience in corporate identity, stage and theatre costumes, advertisements, films, and music video costume designing. His popularity rose when he collaborated with world famous Turkish singer Tarkan, designing concert stages and video costumes.

In 2010, he moved to London, took industry-related courses, and in 2012, he participated in London Fashion Week with his eco-friendly collection, marking him as the first Turkish designer at the event. Notably, his designs are known for using recycled materials and having an ethnic and eco-stylish approach.
